Whether you're working, watching TV or just enjoying yourself, the right light plays a big role. It's like a painter using different colors for different creative situations. Color theory helps to create the right lighting mood for my way of working.
Another important point is the ergonomics of my workplace. A good office chair like the one I have is just as crucial as the lighting. This is because we spend a large part of our working day at a desk, and both the chair and the lighting have a direct impact on our health and performance. So it's worth investing in high-quality equipment that will increase both our comfort and productivity.
