Changes are coming to my advertising office and they are long overdue. My agency should say goodbye to the traditional image of an unapproachable advertising agency and take a new, future-oriented path. In the future, the focus will be on clear, meaningful and smart services that offer customers real added value.

From aloofness to customer orientation

Times are changing and so are the expectations of our customers. No one wants to be tied to services they don't really need or understand. This is exactly where I see my opportunity: to offer services that are really needed and to create the opportunity to act efficiently and economically wisely. Customers should be well advised by us and feel free from unnecessary, forced services.

Smart and digital:

Our new strength In our industry, one thing counts in particular: speed. Therefore, our new services will be characterized in particular by their digital and fast implementation. Projects should be able to be put on the road quickly without sacrificing quality. This is an area in which my agency already has strengths and which we would like to expand further. Efficient, fast and at the same time high-quality digital solutions are what we want to offer, solutions that are precisely tailored to the needs of our customers.

Restructuring is underway

We are already in the middle of this process of change. Together with my team, I am working intensively to steer our offer and our way of working in this new direction. It's an exciting process that requires a lot of dedication and flexibility, but I'm convinced it will be worth it. Anticipation and motivation are our constant companions on this path. The efforts we are investing now will benefit us and our customers in the near future.

A step in the right direction The restructuring of my advertising office is not only a step towards more modern, customer-oriented services, but also a process that brings us a lot of motivation and joy. We are well on the way to expanding our strengths and offering our customers more than just unapproachable advertising. I am looking forward to the time ahead and am curious to see where this journey will take us.
