It's really fascinating to see how the demands in the world of work are constantly changing and we have to adapt continuously.
Reflecting on the importance of realignment in an ever-changing professional environment is crucial, and we literally preach it. Change! Question yourself and what you do! We both used to work in the field of media design, but over time we have noticed that our fields of activity have changed drastically. What used to be relevant tasks is now already obsolete due to automation and AI. While before it was all about making everything as perfect and beautiful as possible down to the smallest detail, it is now more important than ever to deliver solutions and not die in beauty.
We remember the times when web design and print design were our main tasks. Dennis, for example, has distanced itself from e-commerce development and specialized completely in proactive problem solving and AI-supported automation. I, too, have shifted my focus and focused on efficient design solutions. To be honest, the classic design craft no longer plays a role for me.
Digitalisation has meant that we have to continuously develop ourselves in order to meet the requirements of the modern working world. The future of professional life lies in the ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and working methods in order to remain competitive.
