Digitization of the trade fair presence for a globally active company

Problem:

The company, a global leader in the manufacture of large and heavy vehicles and machinery, was faced with the challenge of modernizing its trade fair presence. Until now, the company has relied on physical showrooms and analogue display techniques such as price tags, nameplates and printed posters, which were seen as outdated and not very flexible. The aim was to achieve a complete digitization of the trade fair presence, whereby the content on various digital displays should be easily and quickly adaptable.

Project Outcome

In several project phases, almost 40 high-resolution displays were installed, tailor-made software was developed for central content control and all content was integrated into 15 languages. The implementation included extensive testing to ensure smooth functionality during the show.

The digital trade fair presence was successfully launched in time for the next trade fair and led to higher visibility and positive feedback from the public. The project was completed without any technical problems and encouraged the company to acquire more digital steles and expand the digital showroom. Full digitization set new standards in product presentation and customer interaction, which gave the company significant advantages.
