A medium-sized company in Bavaria with around 200 employees was faced with a major challenge in the area of employee development and further training. The company had a lot of learning content that needed to be shared internally, but it lacked an efficient way to organize and deliver these trainings, workshops, and seminars.

There is a lack of a central booking system for training courses and workshops. In addition, there is no standardized way to issue certificates. Communication and management of training offers is also difficult. Finally, there is a need for a platform that can serve both internal and external participants.
